Our policy lasts 2 weeks from the day you receive your products. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and free smoke and pet hair/dander. All tags must be attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or any products that are on sale at time of purchase.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require that you email the boutique prior to returning your product stating what the return is for. you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item that is returned more than 2 weeks after delivery will not be refunded for store credit. You will have the option to pay the return shipping back to you or you can choose to donate your items sent back to the boutique. We are not liable to pay your return shipping on items that were shipped out of date of return policy.
Refunds for store credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a gift card will be issued to you via email. The gift card does not expire.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange for a different size- If the size that you may need is in stock we will permit exchange for a different size up to one time. your original item must be in new and unworn condition. It must be sent back within 2 weeks of receiving your item. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 8921 Schaefer Ave ontario California US 91761.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
